Each player is permitted to hold only one phpsin account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the phpsin website, mobile platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Access to and use of the Platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1.2 phpsin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with phpsin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the phpsin Platform. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. phpsin strictly enforces this requirement and will request proof of age documentation during the account verification process.
⚠️ Underage Gambling is Illegal. Any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the phpsin Platform. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at phpsin's sole discretion.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The phpsin Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of phpsin complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. phpsin does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from gambling.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms or who have been excluded by a regulatory authority are not eligible to use phpsin. If you have previously self-excluded and attempt to register, phpsin will close your account upon discovery.
3.1 Registration. To access the full features of phpsin, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) phpsin account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). phpsin is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpsin login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phpsin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. phpsin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.5 Account Accuracy. phpsin reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Any winnings accrued through an account registered with false information may be voided.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phpsin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpsin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phpsin wallet instantly. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending institution. phpsin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in phpsin's payment policy. phpsin reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the phpsin account.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the phpsin cashier page and may be updated from time to time. phpsin reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phpsin reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, as communicated to the account holder.
5.1 phpsin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the bonus terms. phpsin reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phpsin employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.
5.4 phpsin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
6.1 All games available on the phpsin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, phpsin reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. phpsin's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Bet Acceptance. phpsin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
6.4 Sports Betting. All sports bets, including those placed on PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, are subject to phpsin's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. Settlement of bets will be based on official results as recognized by the relevant governing body.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpsin Platform:
7.2 phpsin reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of prohibited conduct, pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.
8.1 phpsin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

9.2 phpsin implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and phpsin cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.3 phpsin will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.
10.1 All content on the phpsin Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of phpsin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phpsin content without prior written consent.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpsin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 phpsin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpsin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phpsin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your phpsin account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.2 Termination by phpsin. phpsin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) phpsin is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) phpsin suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) phpsin ceases to operate the Platform.
12.3 Upon termination for breach, phpsin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.
13.1 phpsin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable.
13.2 Your continued use of the phpsin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the phpsin Platform shall first be submitted to phpsin's customer support team for resolution. phpsin will endeavor to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phpsin's internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
